I booked a room at Pacific Coast Inn after a long drive from Tucson and arrived around 3am. The check-in process took longer than expected due to the front desk clerk being unresponsive at first. Price-wise, I ended up paying $150 instead of the advertised $80. The room had a few issues like ants and hair in the shower, which made it uncomfortable to even use. The sheets had stains and the bed felt incredibly worn out. The heater didn’t work either, which was tough since it was chilly at night in December. Checking out at 11am with the owner waiting by my door felt very rushed and added to my frustration. However, the hotel is close to the beach and the many restaurants around were a plus. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no choice and truly need a bed for the night.

A solid choice for a beach getaway
The rooms were nice and CLEAN, and we had a great experience with the management, they were friendly and REALLY helpful when we asked for extra towels. I loved the short walk to this beach that wasn't too crowded, so peaceful and relaxing.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but given the quality, it’s acceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
I enjoyed my 3-night stay, particularly the lovely powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcomed. The fridge kept my snacks cool, though it was a bit noisy. Don’t miss the short drive to the beach and nearby shops for convenient dining options.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the strong shower and the fridge in my room that kept my snacks cool. Great spots to relax by the pool and the charming little outdoor area made my downtime lovely. Just be aware that the fridge was a bit noisy at night. I recommend checking it out! 😊

Nice clean rooms with a powerful shower—perfect for washing off beach sand! Also appreciated the fridge despite its night symphony. Fairly close to the beach with a pleasant vibe all around.
But the fridge was like a snoring roommate, and the bathroom had a mysterious scent—maybe it was shy?

Just a solid selection for a weekend getaway in Redondo Beach with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff quickly provided us with extra towels when we requested them, which was a nice touch. Make sure to ask for a room at the back to avoid noise from the street.
